The "Leaders": A Definition




Beyond single executives and executive teams, we include people who, formally or informally, function as "change leaders" throughout their organization, and as such are a vital help to the executives' leadership.  

Together, all these leaders share a resolve to take their organization to another level of results. They operate from vision, aspiration and intentionality, not from compromise, settling for or "making do".  In the process they alter the context their organization operates in. 

They know they too will undergo a transformation, a shift in their "way of being", which will alter what they see to do, and how they do it, and as a consequence what they are able to accomplish.
