Solange is the co-founder and partner of the London Perret Roche Group LLC, a management consulting firm founded in 1985, headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey. Solange holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada, studying cultural differences, their impact on action, and the implications for providing leadership, working in teams, managing projects, and managing globally.
Her career includes managerial roles in a large global organization, as well as academic appointments at the University of British Columbia and the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. For the past twenty+ years, she has successfully acted as consultant and coach to top executives and executive teams engaged in the re-invention of their organizations. She has coached hundreds of executives and helped them design and lead large transformational projects in global companies such as Johnson & Johnson, and Prudential-EGG, UK, resulting in significant breakthroughs in performance for these enterprises.
